Welcome to our website.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we will not be held responsible. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any services, information or products available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Advice given by ourselves is given in good faith and we will not accept liability for any damage, loss or inconvenience arising as a consequence of any given.
Illuminated Yacht Names (St Barbe Ltd) shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss consequential or otherwise resulting from any application of any of our products.
Once the sign has been shipped it is no longer our responsibility and can be used as the customer pleases. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by you (the buyer) when fitting the sign, we will only be held responsible for technical issues. If it is required to remove a product once fixed for any reason we do not accept any responsibility for damage in doing this. Correct application and care of the product is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Stainless steel can be sharp, please be careful when handling the signs, it can cause injury if not handled with care.
We reserve the right to:
Remove or Change (temporarily or permanently) the website or any section of it without notice and that that Illuminated Yacht Names Ltd shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal. We may also change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be taken as your acceptance of such changes.
All goods remain the property of St Barbe Ltd until fully paid for.
Payments can be made via Quickbooks invoice. A Quickbooks invoice will be emailed to you once order details are finalised.
We aim to ship goods within 21 days of order.
All shipping prices are DDU.
Due to the bespoke nature of our signs we do not offer refunds. However, we will accept returns for any faulty goods or issues and rectify the problem. Once the problem is solved we will ship the goods back to you at our own cost.
We will cover the return shipping costs for any faulty product(s).

We can not be held responsible for any incorrect size orders, we ask for you to make sure the letters will fit before ordering.
Damaged /Faulty goods:
Upon receiving your order the goods must be carefully inspected for any damage/faults and you must notify us within 3 days on receipt of the goods by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the goods and assess the issues a new letter will be made for you and sent out as soon as possible. However, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods and we accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the supply of faulty goods.
We are consumers too… We respect your rights as a consumer and try our best to do everything possible in our power to ensure that your experience dealing with us is as pleasant as possible.
Value Added Tax
Currently we do not charge VAT as we are not VAT registered.
We do not charge import duty on our invoices; this will be charged to the customer by the delivery company upon import of the goods into the country, and payable by the customer.
None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
